-> They get invovled. In 1998, a student who wore a KoRn t-shirt to school and got suspended because the principle thought the band was obscene. KoRn responded by handing out free t-shirts in the school's parking lot.
-> KoRn formed their own label (Elementree Records) to help struggling bands. Orgy was the first band they signed.
-> Thery=re rockin' piopneers. Korn was the first metal band ever to play in Harlem's Apollo Theatre.
-> "Falling Away From Me" debuted in a 1998 Holloween episode of South Park, where KoRn parodied the Scooby Doo gang. ( Can be downloaded on Kazaa)
--> A contest asking fans to design the cover art for their lastest CD, Issues, drew more than 20,000 submissions. Three finalists entries were chosen for a limited edition covers of the album, and the winner Alfredo Carlos, won $ 10,000. ( Personally if it was me I would have rather had a conversation with them then have gotten $10,000.)
--> .In 1999 " Falling away from me was the first video to knock Back Street fags " Larger than Life" off the top of TRL!!!!!!!!!!!! (Surprised......no I didn't think so)
--> Orgy is the first band signed to KoRn's Elementree Records.
